Position: Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant
About: As an AT&T Retail Sales Consultant, you will be a part of a dynamic team that guides customers through their options on the sales floor, participates in community events, and handles online orders and outbound calls. This role requires flexibility, a passion for helping people, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment focused on meeting customer needs. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is preferred, but training and coaching will be provided to support your success.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred; Flexibility to work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends; Strong communication and problem-solving skills
