Position: Bilingual Sanitation Manager – Key role in a rapidly expanding food CPG company (Hiring Immediately)
About: A growing food CPG manufacturing organization with multiple locations across the country is seeking an experienced Sanitation Manager to join their team. Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is a must for this role.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 5 years of experience in sanitation management in the manufacturing industry; proficiency in English and Spanish; extensive knowledge of sanitation practices and regulations, including SSOP, FDA, GMP, BRC, and HACCP; experience with the safe use, storage, and disposal of cleaning chemicals; familiarity with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures; strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; problem-solving and commitment to promoting safety and cleanliness
