Position: Bilingual Restaurant Kitchen Manager
About: Ojos Locos, a vibrant dining establishment, is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead by example and provide the team with the necessary knowledge and skills to create an exceptional dining experience for every guest. The role involves overall leadership and supervision to consistently exceed food safety and quality standards.
Requirements: 1-3 years of kitchen management required; Culinary arts degree preferred; Food Managers Certification required; Advanced knowledge of Food, Health and Safety Regulations; Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times; Liquor License certified is mandatory; Food manager certificate required; Ability to effectively communicate in English and Spanish
