Position: Bilingual Restaurant Assistant Manager
About: Ojos Locos is a restaurant looking for an Assistant Manager to oversee the daily operations and ensure guest satisfaction. The Assistant Manager will handle recruitment, training, financial responsibilities, and maintaining high-quality food service standards in a high-volume bar/restaurant setting. Fluency in English and Spanish is required for effective communication with the team and guests. Ability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends is essential.
Requirements: 3-4 years of previous restaurant manager experience; 2-4 years high volume bar/restaurant experience; Liquor License certification is mandatory; Food manager certificate required; Ability to effectively communicate in English and Spanish; Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times
