Position: Bilingual Receptionist

About: Aventura-based ttg Talent Solutions is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of their office. This essential role is responsible for ensuring smooth front-desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting day-to-day administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Requirements: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or front-desk role preferred; Language Skills: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred; Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with phone systems; Interpersonal Skills: Warm, professional demeanor with strong customer service skills; Organization Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; Other Requirements: Must be punctual, reliable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
