Position: Bilingual People Manager
About: This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee of McDonald’s. The franchisee has a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products while running the restaurant. The franchisee is a separate company and employer from McDonald’s USA. Responsibilities include leading and coordinating staffing and onboarding plans and ensuring people strategies are executed efficiently to support the company’s vision, mission, and values.
