Position: Bilingual Laundry Attendant, Part-Time (Stafford, Bellfort location)
About: Under the direction of the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager on duty, the Customer Service Representative at a laundry store is responsible for maintaining high levels of customer service through offering a clean, safe, and friendly store environment.
Requirements: High school diploma/GED required; knowledge of commercial laundry products and payment systems is a plus but not required; bilingual in Spanish highly preferred; effective communication and ability to work with diverse backgrounds; multitasking and strong customer relationship skills; basic computer skills; ability to assist customers with downloading apps to their phone; flexible work schedule including nights and weekends; physical requirements include standing for long periods, manual dexterity, stooping, bending, and lifting
