Position: Bilingual Consumer Loan Sales Specialist
About: At OneMain, Consumer Loan Sales Specialists empower customers by listening to their needs and providing access to friendly, fast, and affordable financing for life’s expenses. The role involves learning the lending and servicing business at OneMain to grow one’s career. The position requires delivering results related to individual and branch sales goals, developing new relationships, presenting financial solutions based on customer needs, educating customers on loan terms, utilizing credit underwriting techniques, and managing the loan life cycle.
Requirements: HS Diploma/GED required; preferred: Sales, Collections, or Customer Service experience; Bilingual – Spanish
