Position: Bi-Lingual Office Support Person IV-J – ELRC
About: This position is for a Receptionist at the Early Learning Resource Center, responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and completing administrative tasks. The role may also include occasional duties in the Health and Human Services Department Community Engagement Suite.
Requirements: Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent; Minimum of two years of experience as a Receptionist preferred; Will be required to take and pass clerical skills tests; Excellent inter-personal, oral and written communication skills; Excellent telephone and interviewing skills; Must be organized and detail oriented; Must be computer literate and have knowledge of specific software packages and search engines; Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products including Word, Outlook and Excel; Excellent time management and organizational skills; Ability to handle multiple tasks; Ability to adapt to new responsibilities; Must consistently maintain a professional demeanor while working with the general public; Ability to keep information confidential when working with staff, clients and providers; Bi-lingual preferred (Spanish/English)
