Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; some experience in groundskeeping, caretaking, or janitorial work; strong attention to detail; ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines; excellent customer service skills; ability to assist with after-hours maintenance emergencies; capable of lifting up to 100 lbs. and climbing stairs regularly
