Position: BHOM Assistant General Manager

Requirements: Position Summary: The Assistant General Manager will assist the General Manager in managing on-site operations, achieving financial and operational objectives, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and maintaining resident files. Essential Job Functions include maximizing revenues, overseeing collections, addressing resident requests, organizing resident functions, conducting property inspections, and ensuring safety standards. Minimum qualifications include previous property management experience, proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication skills, customer-centric focus, ability to supervise staff effectively, and knowledge of relevant software. Desired qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree and experience in student housing. Work Schedule: Generally 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday with additional hours as needed. Physical Requirements/Environment: The job involves operating in a professional office environment, occasional outdoor work, stationary position, computer operation, communication, and occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds.
