Position: BGS District Facilities Supervisor
About: Buildings & General Services (BGS) at the State of Vermont is seeking an experienced leader for the position of BGS District Facilities Supervisor within the Operations & Management Division. This position will be responsible for the daily supervision of maintenance and custodial staff at state buildings, grounds, and correctional facilities in the greater Burlington area. BGS is a diverse organization with over 340 employees serving state agencies and departments within state government, providing the facilities services required for all state agencies and departments to accomplish their mission.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; four (4) years or more of experience in building maintenance and repair work including three (3) or more years at the journeyman level and two (2) years or more in a supervisory or lead worker role.
