Position: BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR
About: Responsible for overseeing the beverage operations at multiple outlets including bars and restaurants, Thur Pā Lounge, Governor’s Room, Ba Shie, and the pool area. The role focuses on upholding high service standards, driving revenue growth, and ensuring a positive guest experience. The establishment follows a philosophy centered on integrity, fairness, collaboration, communication, and performance recognition.
Requirements: Required: High School Diploma, GED certification or equivalent; Two (2) years supervisory experience in a bar/lounge with a full liquor license; Must be at least 21 years of age. Preferred: Two (2) years of college; Six (6) months food or restaurant experience. Relevant work experience or education may be substituted to satisfy education and/or work experience.
