Position: Beverage Shift Manager – MGM National Harbor
About: MGM Resorts International is a renowned entertainment company offering exciting and diverse experiences to guests. They are currently seeking a Beverage Manager to lead a talented team in delivering exceptional service that aligns with the brand standards, creating unforgettable memories for guests.
Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old; Possesses a bachelor’s degree or, in lieu of a degree, at least 4 years of food and beverage management experience; Preferably with at least two years of experience in managing any food and beverage concept; Familiarity with Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and hands-on experience with Cost of Goods Sold (COGs) management; Experience working in a casino environment is a plus; Experience working with a unionized team is a plus; Preferably experienced managing at least 40+ team members in a fast-paced, high-volume setting; A true team player who thrives in working with others to achieve common goals; Excellent communication skills to ensure smooth operations and foster a positive team environment
