Position: Beverage Server – Silver Legacy (Reno)

About: Take drink orders from guests, arrange in specific order, call order to bartender, garnish drinks, deliver correct drink to guest, engage in interactive promotional entertainment with guests and team members. Essential duties and responsibilities may include offering every guest in the gaming area a beverage every 15 to 20 minutes, promoting drink specials, describing nightly entertainment, repeating order back to guests, serving beverages in a friendly and timely manner, maintaining a clean workstation, cleanliness of section, ordering drinks in proper sequence, ordering supplies, exemplifying core values, family-style service, mission, vision, exemplifying DEI culture, performing other job-related duties as assigned. Knowledge, skills, and abilities include understanding and complying with all department and company policies, establishing effective working relationships, communicating in English, and holding a high school diploma or equivalent. Physical demands and work environment may require working in various conditions, constant contact with guests and team members, mobility throughout the shift, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, standing, walking, lifting, balancing, twisting, turning, grasping, eye-hand coordination, manual dexterity, normal senses, and performing simple tasks. Guest service standards require meeting core values, service standards, and providing service excellence. Performance requirements include providing guests with excellent service, communication and observation skills, an easygoing demeanor, above-average speech, schedule flexibility, and the ability to adapt to changing duties.
