Position: Beverage Server II
About: Located in Waddell, AZ (White Tanks at San Lucy), the Beverage Server II position at this establishment involves maintaining efficient and courteous beverage operations in a bar and casino setting. The role requires extensive knowledge of Title 4 (Arizona liquor law) and adherence to all internal controls and regulations set by the Tohono O’odham Gaming Enterprise (TOGE).
Requirements: High school degree or GED preferred; recent experience in the restaurant field with alcohol service; minimum age of 18 years; no felony convictions; ability to pass pre-employment screenings and maintain a gaming license; knowledge of dining operations, alcohol laws, cash handling, bar items, POS systems, and internal controls; ability to obtain Food Handlers card and TIPS certification; clear communication skills in Basic English; outstanding guest service abilities; capability to work in a stressful environment
