Position: Beverage Server
About: A casino and resort property is seeking a Beverage Server to provide exceptional guest experiences in various areas of the establishment. The Beverage Server will be responsible for greeting customers, taking drink orders, delivering beverages, and handling payment transactions. They must maintain up-to-date knowledge of wine, beer, signature drinks, and common cocktails to offer suggestions to guests.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; excellent verbal articulation skills for describing and suggesting beverage variations; experience in a similar role preferred; familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems; ability to maintain guest satisfaction and anticipate needs; strong communication and teamwork skills; adherence to legal drinking age requirements
