Position: Beverage Server
About: The Beverage Server role at a casino resort property involves providing exceptional guest experiences, taking drink orders, delivering beverages, and processing payments while maintaining a thorough knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and menu items. The position requires the ability to offer suggestions to guests, accurately enter orders into the POS system, and ensure guest satisfaction through proactive service and communication with management and colleagues.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a beverage service role preferred; strong knowledge of wines, beers, and cocktails; excellent verbal communication skills; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; attention to detail and ability to multitask
