Position: Beverage Manager – The Cosmopolitan
About: The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is seeking a Beverage Manager to lead the Beverage and Cocktails team, ensuring high customer satisfaction and exceptional guest experience while achieving operational and financial goals in compliance with MGM Resorts service standards.
Requirements: Two or more years of experience in the Food and Beverage department in a resort setting in a supervisory position; Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems and operations; Experience managing a team’s performance and productivity; Ability to prioritize and multitask; Excellent customer service in a high volume environment; Either a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, or equivalent experience; Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
