Position: Beverage Manager
About: The Beverage Manager position at a casino in Baltimore requires overseeing daily operations of the Casino Bars, Diamond Lounge, and Service Bars with an emphasis on quality service and leadership. Requirements: Knowledge of basic administrative functions including scheduling, inventory, and computer operations; Two-year Food and Beverage degree or equivalent industry experience; Minimum of two years’ experience as a restaurant server in a casual dining environment; Minimum of two years’ experience in a supervisory role in a similar style of restaurant; Preferred experience as a Restaurant Manager in the Baltimore market; Preferred certificate of completion of a wine and spirit training program; Experience with promotional strategies and monitoring results; Experience with point of sale systems and cash transactions
