Position: BEVERAGE MANAGER
About: The Beverage Manager position at a casino/bar establishment involves leading and directing the Beverage team to ensure excellent customer service, loyalty, and revenue growth, with support for Food Outlets when needed.
Requirements: Minimum of four years experience working in a casino/bar establishment preferred; Minimum of two years supervisory experience required; Must be at least 21 years of age; Must comply with all health codes and regulations; Knowledge of casino environment; Thorough knowledge of liquor and cocktail service; Good oral and written communication skills; Must be able to obtain and maintain an Alcohol Compliance or TIPS training; Must have previous experience in handling cash; Must have the ability to responsibly monitor alcohol consumption to ensure guest safety; Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust; Alcohol Certification
