Position: Beverage Manager
About: The World, Residences at Sea, is the largest privately owned residential yacht on earth. The Beverage Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the beverage operations, sourcing products, conducting research and development, and establishing valuable connections with vendors and wine makers to create an avant-garde beverage portfolio.
Requirements: Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience on a luxury cruise ship, in a private country club or similar, luxury hotel or resort; Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred; Certification at the court of Master Sommelier or Advanced WSET Level 3 preferred; Good knowledge on Mixology required; Experience working in a multi-cultural environment; Excellent administrative and organizational skills; Good computer skills to include Word, Excel and Outlook; Working knowledge of point of sales systems, inventory management systems, Fidelio and computerized reservation systems; Able to read, write and speak fluently in English; One additional language (German, French, Italian, Spanish) preferred
