Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum legal age to serve alcohol; experience as Head Bartender or Bar Manager within luxury or high-end establishments; proficiency in cost management, inventory processes, and local liquor laws; commitment to providing unparalleled service and fostering an atmosphere where members feel valued and indulged; ability to manage ordering processes for all beverage and bar produce items across multiple revenue centers; hold and maintain a Department of Health food handler’s permit
