Position: Beverage Assistant Manager – The Cosmopolitan
About: The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is looking for an Assistant Beverage Manager to join their team. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of lounges and casino beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest service, managing staff performance, and upholding safety and quality standards. The Assistant Beverage Manager will play a key role in training staff and maintaining the brand’s reputation for excellence.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of experience working in a food or beverage supervisory role; experience working in a similar resort setting; experience managing employees using a Collective Bargaining Agreement; flexibility to work varied shifts, including overnight, weekends, and holidays
