Position: Bertucci’s-Kitchen / Pasta Cook

Requirements: Responsible for the preparation of appetizers, sandwiches, calzones, pizza, grilled, and pasta dishes according to Bertuccis specifications; knowledgeable in all behind-the-line areas; food rotation, set-up, and break-down; stocking wood; presentation of products; cleaning utensils and general work area; prepare food accurately and in a timely manner; ensure the temperature of ovens, coolers, and freezers are accurate; inspect stock levels and review prep sheets; store, unpack, and retrieve food items appropriately; monitor and report equipment malfunctions; prepare food products according to safety policies; maintain a sanitary work area as defined by State Health Department standards
