Position: Berkeley OSH- Lead- Cashier – Full-Time
About: The company is looking for a Team Leader to oversee all store activities in the absence of salaried store management. The Team Leader must embody the company’s culture, lead store associates, manage total store operations, and focus on career development towards senior management roles. They are responsible for customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and adherence to operational guidelines.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; proven experience in a retail or store management role preferred; strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to understand and interpret data; detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, bend, and reach; flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays
