Position: Line Cook / Fryer

Operating for over 20 years now, Bento & Noodles is a family business that offers delicious and affordable Japanese cuisine such as fried chicken and tempura, bento boxes, rice bowls, noodles and more.
They currently have two locations:
– 2275 Otay Lakes Rd #118, Chula Vista, CA 91915
– 386 East H Street, Chula Vista, CA 91910

Requirements:
Medium kitchen experience is preferred for this role, as you will be expected to:
– Use deep fryer for fried entrees like tempura, chicken, gyoza, katsu, etc.
– Grill chicken and chop meats on cutting board
– Prepare entrees and appetizers and implement correct portion control
– Help clean the kitchen during the shift and at the end of shifts
– Participate in the side work like cutting vegetables or preparing eggs
– Follow directions well and handle a high-heat and busy environment
