Position: Benefits Coordinator
About: Jackson State Community College is seeking a Benefits Coordinator to ensure all personnel and benefits administration is provided accurately and in compliance with regulations. The coordinator will work closely with the institution to maintain employee benefits, including insurance, retirement, and wellness programs, while providing a high level of customer service.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, personnel management, or related field from a Regionally accredited institution; Two (2) years of related human resources work experience; Experience with applicant tracking systems and other HRIS
