Position: Bellperson & Valet (On-Call)
About: A resort seeking a friendly and outgoing Bellperson/Valet to greet and assist guests, ensuring their stay starts off on a positive note. The role involves supervising property entrances, assisting with luggage, parking guests’ cars, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming atmosphere and establish personal connections with guests to enhance their experience at the resort.
Requirements: 6 months Customer service experience; Valid driver’s license; Self-starting personality with an even disposition; Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 150 pounds; Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and withstand outdoor weather conditions; Capability to respond to work situations promptly; 1 year prior Bellperson experience preferred; Previous Resort or Hotel hospitality experience is a plus
