Position: Bellperson – Marriott Virginia Beach Oceanfront
About: Professional Hospitality Resources, Inc. and Ocean Beach Club LLC is seeking a Bellperson to assist guests with their check-ins and outs, transport luggage, provide directions, and maintain a high level of guest service at all times.
Requirements: High school education or equivalent experience; customer contact experience preferred; ability to communicate effectively with guests, knowledge of hotel services and local area events, ability to drive vans, limousines, and automobiles with an excellent driving record; second language may be desired; 6 months bellperson experience; good communication skills; ability to read, write, and speak English fluently; strong knowledge of hotel products and services; strong awareness of local area attractions, events, and activities; ability to lift 75 pounds repeatedly and efficiently
