Position: Bellperson – Hilton Norfolk The Main
About: Professional Hospitality Resources, Inc. and Ocean Beach Club LLC is seeking a Bellperson to assist guests with check-ins and check-outs, transport luggage, provide directions, and exceed guest expectations at all times. This position requires maintaining cleanliness and ensuring guests’ needs are met in a friendly and courteous manner at a hotel establishment.
Requirements: High school education or equivalent experience; customer contact experience preferred; ability to communicate effectively with guests, knowledge of hotel services, local area events and activities, ability to drive vehicles with an excellent driving record preferred; second language skills may be desired; 6 months bellperson experience; good communication skills; fluency in English with a second language as a plus; strong knowledge of hotel products and services; awareness of local area attractions, events, and activities; ability to lift 75 pounds repeatedly and efficiently
