Position: BELLPERSON
About: Assist with the delivery of luggage to and from the guest room for hotel/casino guests in a safe and efficient manner. Inform guests of property information, events, amenities, and room features. Act as an ambassador of the property by providing excellent guest service to all guests.
Requirements: Previous experience working in a front desk, reception, or front of house position with face-to-face communication with guests; Prior experience performing same or similar job duties preferred; Previous experience providing outstanding guest service; Basic computer skills; At least 18 years of age; Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal; Bilingual in Spanish preferred; Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company; Verify right to work in the United States
