Position: Bellman and Valet Attendant
About: The hotel is seeking a Bellman/Valet Attendant to create a positive first and last impression for guests, providing assistance with luggage, parking, and other guest services. The role involves offering information on check-in procedures, opening and closing doors, and ensuring guest vehicles are safely parked and retrieved. The Bellman/Valet Attendant will also maintain the cleanliness and security of the valet area and assist guests with general information and amenities within the hotel property.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three months related experience and/or training; ability to read and interpret documents, write reports, and communicate effectively with guests and coworkers; physical ability to stand, walk, lift objects, and engage in customer service duties; valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to work in a hospitality service atmosphere that operates 24/7.
