Position: Bell Valet Services (“Servicios de Maletero/a y Valet”)
About: Le Meridien Element Salt Lake City Downtown in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Guest Service Agent to greet and assist guests with luggage handling, provide information about hotel services, and ensure guest satisfaction. This role involves maintaining a positive working environment and upholding operational standards in a fast-paced hotel setting.
Requirements: High school or equivalent education required; prior hospitality experience preferred; ability to speak, read, write, and understand English; excellent communication and customer service skills; detail-oriented with basic computer skills; valid driver’s license and clean driving record required; must be at least 25 years old to operate a shuttle or drive guests, and at least 21 years old for other vehicles; ability to work independently and follow safety procedures
