Position: Behavior Consultant—Level II
About: Pure Abilities LLC is a certified Medicaid waiver provider in the state of Indiana, offering Recreational and Music therapy services to individuals with disabilities. They are currently seeking a Behavior Consultant for their home and community-based therapy setting in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and Indianapolis, Indiana, and their surrounding counties.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, dual diagnosis, or physical impairments preferred; reliable transportation and willingness to drive to and from clients; autonomy in therapeutic interventions and techniques; strong communication and interpersonal skills
