Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; supervisory experience at the department manager level preferred; experience in retail beer & wine business; intermediate or higher computer skills including MS Office; flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays; ability to build effective relationships with staff, customers, and vendors; full body mobility and manual dexterity; ability to lift and carry 50 lbs; strong work ethic and positive attitude; excellent communication skills; emphasis on selling and merchandising/creativity
