Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience; demonstrated leadership skills in effectively guiding and supporting a team; proficiency in beauty trends and vendor lines; strong analytical and communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills; detail-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively
