Position: BC In-Room Dining Manager
About: The Boca Raton, a Forbes Five-Star Beach Club hotel in Miami, is undergoing a total reimagination to provide a luxurious beach experience at the intersection of fun and luxury. The new Beach Club will offer an exclusive golden beach and Beachside pools for guests and Club members, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor sensory experience.
Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent required; four-year college degree preferred; experience in room service operations, including food and beverage, supervisory aspects, and guest interaction; strong knowledge of beverage operations and wines; ability to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in using computer systems; interpersonal skills for guest satisfaction; ability to manage a team effectively and uphold company policies and procedures; physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs; certifications in Food Service Sanitation, Alcohol Service (if required), and CPR preferred
