Position: Bartenders
About: The Sidelines Bartender at Sidelines Sports Eatery & Pub is dedicated to providing an exceptional guest drinking and dining experience. Bartenders are expected to be proficient in crafting both classic and innovative cocktails, possess in-depth knowledge of beers, wines, the standard menu, and daily specials, all while maintaining a welcoming and guest-focused environment in a vibrant pub setting.
Requirements: Bartending experience in a full-service restaurant preferred; prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons; interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks; assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations; check customers’ identification and verify legal drinking age; adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies; restock and replenish bar inventory, maintaining organization; excellent verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and basic math abilities; collaborate effectively within a team; comply with food and beverage regulations; report equipment problems and maintenance issues to the restaurant manager; upbeat, outgoing, and positive attitude toward guests and staff; work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; ability to remain alert and on feet for extended periods; capable of lifting up to 40 lbs as required.
