Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent; Must be flexible and adaptable to change; Minimum age of 18 years; 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume establishment, with TIPS certification; Strong cash handling skills; Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays (weekend availability is a must); Experience in event bartending is a plus; Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items (40+ pounds); Excellent multitasking abilities, maintaining composure in busy situations
