Position: Bartender TD
About: A bar establishment is seeking a Bartender to greet guests, take orders, and provide exceptional service while following all laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements: At least 6 months of previous experience as a bartender in a similar establishment; Previous cash handling experience; Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail while meeting business demands; Working knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, mixing of drinks, designated glassware, preparation methods, garnishes, and all beverage functions; Working knowledge of liquor laws and regulations concerning service of alcoholic beverages; Working knowledge of operation of all bar equipment; General understanding of specialty drinks, wine, and fine spirits; Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; Professional appearance and demeanor; Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays; Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division; High School diploma or equivalent; Effective communication in English, both written and oral forms.
