Position: Bartender TD
About: Railroad Pass in Henderson, NV is seeking a Bartender to provide excellent guest service in accordance with laws and company policies. Responsibilities include taking and serving orders efficiently, handling cash, and maintaining cleanliness. The ideal candidate must have previous bartender experience and knowledge of liquor brands, laws, and equipment.
Requirements: At least 6 months of previous experience as a bartender in a similar establishment; previous cash handling experience; ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail; working knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, and mixing of drinks; understanding of liquor laws and regulations; knowledge of bar equipment operation; excellent customer service skills; interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts; professional appearance and demeanor; high school diploma or equivalent; ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and oral forms; available for varied shifts, including weekends and holidays; basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
