Position: Bartender – Tasty Weasel Taproom
About: This position is for a bartender at CANarchy, a craft beer company that values inclusivity and diversity in the workplace. The bartender will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to all liquor laws and safety protocols.
Requirements: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; Serve Safe or Tips certification required; 2 years of experience in a similar role; 21 years or older; knowledge of liquor laws and compliance; experience with the Aloha POS system; strong interpersonal communication skills; ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to handle cash accurately and efficiently; capability to handle stressful situations with difficult customers to resolution; Certified Cicerone preferred
