About: This position is for a Barback/Bartender at CANarchy, a company dedicated to providing exceptional craft beer experiences. Requirements: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; Serve Safe or Tips certification; 2 years of experience; 21 years or older; knowledge of liquor laws; skill in Aloha POS system; strong interpersonal communication skills; ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays; calm under pressure; experience in handling cash and difficult customers; preferred Certified Cicerone; physical and mental endurance to handle job duties and stressors; ability to lift and move 10-50 pounds; stand, sit, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, talk, hear, taste, smell, see, and operate various objects and controls
