Requirements: 2+ years of High volume restaurant and bar experience preferred; Required Clark County Health Card, Alcohol Awareness Card, Sheriff Card; A gracious, friendly, patient and helpful attitude towards guests; Flexible schedule with full availability on nights and weekends; Working knowledge of food and beverage laws and regulations
