Position: Bartender Supervisor
About: The Bar Supervisor at the restaurant is responsible for managing daily operations, including serving and bartending in their section, supporting employee development, and ensuring guest satisfaction. They assist the General Manager with various tasks and report directly to them.
Requirements: A combination of practical experience and education will be considered as sufficient; basic knowledge of computer software (MS Word, Excel); must possess a valid driver’s license; must be eligible to work in the United States; must have full-time availability; self-discipline, initiative, leadership ability, and outgoing personality; pleasant, polite manner, and neat appearance; ability to motivate employees to work as a team and handle diverse staff; good communication and problem-solving skills; ability to coordinate multiple tasks and maintain operational standards
