Requirements: 1 year prior bartending experience; completed union apprenticeship program (possess union Pour Card); knowledge of beverages, glassware, and garnishes; effective communication in English; neat and professional appearance; ability to accurately count money and provide change; schedule flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime; basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills; strong interpersonal and communication skills; completion of specialized bartending school preferred
