Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment preferred; extensive knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and drink-making techniques; excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle a busy bar with professionalism; strong communication skills and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules; legal age to serve alcoholic beverages required; ability to communicate effectively in English; physical fitness to lift, pull, and push items up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, reaching, and bending throughout shift
