Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in hotel or a related field preferred; flexible and long hours sometimes required; ability to stand during entire shift; effective verbal and written communication skills; strong multitasking and prioritization abilities; high standards of personal appearance and grooming; ability to handle problems effectively and maintain confidentiality; initiative in anticipating guest needs and operational requirements; willingness to cross-train in other hotel-related areas
