Position: Bartender/Server/Cashier
About: This position is for a Bartender/Server/Cashier in the Food and Beverage department at SNHU Arena in Manchester, NH. The role reports to the Management Team and entails greeting guests, selling menu items, maintaining cleanliness, handling POS transactions, and ensuring smooth workflow and service.
Requirements: 6 months customer service experience required; food and beverage experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent desired. Good oral communication skills, excellent hospitality and customer service skills, desire to work as a team, mature judgment and professionalism. Alcohol Service Training Certificate (TIPS, TEAMS, ServSafe) required. Must be able to lift over 30 pounds, perform various physical activities, and work in a fast-paced environment. Flexible part-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays on an on-call basis.
